Touring the US and beyond with Buddy Guy and his Band is landing Quinn on famous stages, rubbing elbows with the likes of Jonny Lang and BB King. Since then, his natural talent has exploded, opening doors most of us guitar players couldn’t even dream of knocking on. Legendary jazz guitarist John McLaughlin said: “He’s unbelievable … and he plays just like Jimi (Hendrix)!”
“Players like him come along once in a lifetime,” Buddy Guy says of 8th Grader, Quinn Sullivan. “Who’s that Kid Playing the Blues?” –that’s the headline of Rolling Stone Magazine’s article about Quinn’s performance at the Eric Clapton Crossroads Guitar Festival. And then there’s the first time he got noticed by Rolling Stone Magazine who nailed him as a blues prodigy. They got that right! http://quinnsullivanmusic.com/home/
