Student, Zoe Pauliks of Bridgewater, is our Featured Performer for April. She has been taking lessons at Rick’s Music for about three years with Teacher, Grace Morrison.

Zoe is quite an accomplished performer for her young age of thirteen years.  Singing since the age of five, her performance career launched at age six when she began singing the national anthem at live sporting events for the Brockton Rox, the Boston Breakers and other local teams.  Besides singing, Zoe also plays piano and trumpet. Most recently she’s been learning to play guitar, playing (seriously) for about a year.

The Arts are big part of Zoe’s life and she is no stranger to the stage through her active participation in school drama and chorus plus numerous performances on Rick’s stage, including Student Showcases, Open Mic and Jam Camp Concerts.  Combining her musical talents with other musicians during several sessions of Rick’s Jam Camp, Zoe became a valued member of three different bands.

Zoe enjoys a wide variety of music genres from The Beatles and Red Hot Chili Peppers to My Chemical Romance and Disney Movie sound tracks. As her skills grow and her experience broadens, Zoe has become of those performers to follow.

VIRTUAL LESSONS are now offered as an alternative to our regular on site lessons. Our teacherzone.com member portal hosts our online learning. It’s in the cloud, so no extra software is required. You just need a laptop or desktop computer with a camera & microphone. Your lesson will be with your teacher at your normal timeslot. If you come in for your lesson this week, your teacher will show you how that works. If you want to start virtual lessons immediately, please call 508-977-0200 or email us at lessons@ricksmusic.com.
